Hanson is a major supplier of quality-assured asphalts from its 45 UK manufacturing plants. In addition to standard asphalts, we produce a range of added-value products called asphalt solutions, specially developed for uses from major civil engineering projects to domestic driveways and paths.
Our contracting division Hanson Construction Projects carries out road surfacing contracts of all sizes, as well as associated civil engineering and infrastructure works.
Operating alongside this business is Cumbrian Industrials Limited, a civil engineering and contracting business with offices in Penrith and Sedgefield, which was acquired by Hanson in September 2004.
