Premix durafoam is a finely graded mortar, foamed to provide a low density material ideal for trench reinstatement, including void fill, insulation, cavity walls and non-structural applications.
A lightweight material, it is produced by incorporating a pre-formed foam into a base mix of cement paste or mortar. It is used principally for trench reinstatement and void fill.
Premix durafoam has a number of benefits. It is thermally insulating, sound absorbing and fire retardant. It is also pumpable, self-levelling, easily re-excavated, free flowing and non-bleed with low shrinkage and high stability.
The mix is available in a range of strengths for a variety of applications.
