Produced in an advanced computer controlled production facility, Hanson's dry mortar consists of accurately weighed dried sand, cement and admixtures to provide a product with the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Silos, complete with easy clean mixer are delivered to site with approximately 15 tonnes of pre-blended material. Once connected to power and water supplies, they provide mortar of guaranteed mix proportions at the touch of a button. Once the mortar drops below the sight glass, customers can re-order. The silos are then refilled to capacity of 35 tonnes.
