We operate a quality assurance system to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The system is assessed and certified by the British Standards Institute (Certificate No. Q5001).Red Bank products will be of high quality to meet, as appropriate:

The Red Bank quality management system will be used to ensure that:

The production and customer service processes are effective and efficient, and are regularly reviewed and improved upon where necessary.
It is our policy that every member of staff, from Chairman to shop floor, has a part to play in the quality system. All employees will receive appropriate resources and training to enable them to achieve their process and quality objectives. All employees will be encouraged to bring forward ideas that will contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
