Jetfloor - Insulated Floors

Jetfloor is a composite flooring system for ground floors that utilises expanded polystyrene blocks to provide high levels of thermal insulation.

The original system of its kind Jetfloor is the preferred solution of most major UK housebuilders and has been proven in tens of thousands of homes throughout the UK.

First introduced over a decade ago, the system has been modified and updated and continues to meet the requirements of Part L of the Building Regulations, providing U-values as low as 0.18 (W/m²K).

Major system advantages include:

• Insulated Floors installation is quick and simple. No special skills are required.
• Services are easily accommodated by leaving out or cutting blocks with a saw.
• Integrated insulation effectively reduces the overall floor zone, reducing construction costs.
